How to Order Foreign Currency
From request to cash in hand.
Choose US dollars, euros or British pounds, enter the amount, pick your denominations, add your details and submit — about two minutes, with no payment. A person then checks availability and comes back with your rate and the total in one reply. You pay only once you have agreed.

This is a request, not a checkout. You will not be asked for card details, and nothing is owed until you have seen your rate and agreed to it. Why we work this way.
The Process
Steps 1 to 5: what you send us.
About two minutes. One question at a time, and you can go back and change anything before you submit.
Choose Your Currency
US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds. Pick one per request — if you need two currencies, send two requests so each one is confirmed separately.
Tell Us the Amount
Enter the amount you want in that currency. If you are working to a budget in pounds rather than a fixed foreign amount, say so in the notes and we will work it the other way round.
Choose Your Denominations
This is the step most currency services skip. Name the notes you want “mostly twenties, nothing above a fifty,” or choose no preference, and we will suggest a mix based on what you are using the money for. Each currency page sets out which denominations are worth asking for and which to avoid.
Provide Your Details
Name, email and phone number. The phone number matters because confirming availability is usually a two-minute call rather than a chain of emails. Your details are used to handle your request and nothing else.
Submit Your Request
You see a summary of everything before it goes. Submitting sends it to us — no payment is taken and you are not committed to anything.
After You Submit
Steps 6 to 8: what happens then.
6. We check and price it. A person reads your request, checks whether the currency and the specific denominations are available, and works out the rate that applies to it.
7. We come back to you with everything at once. Availability, your exact rate, the total, and how payment and fulfilment would work — in one reply, not drip-fed. This is the point where you decide. If it does not suit you, say so and nothing is owed.
8. You pay, then you receive. Payment is arranged only after you have agreed the details, and fulfilment is confirmed at the same time, so you know how and when the currency reaches you before you part with anything.
What we confirm before you pay
- Currency availability
- The applicable rate
- Denomination availability
- Payment and fulfilment arrangements
You will have all of this in writing before any payment is arranged — not after. If anything is unclear at that point, get in touch and a person will answer.

Common Questions
How long does the request take to fill in?
About two minutes. It is five short steps, one question at a time, and you see a summary of everything before you submit. You can go back and change any answer first.
Can I request two currencies at once?
Send one request per currency — for example one for euros and one for US dollars — so each is checked and confirmed separately. It keeps the rate and the notes for each currency clear.
What if I have a budget in pounds rather than a fixed amount?
Say so in the notes field. Tell us how much you want to spend and we will work it the other way round, confirming what that buys in your chosen currency before anything is agreed.
What happens if the rate does not suit me?
Nothing is owed. You see availability, your exact rate and the total in one reply before any payment is arranged, and you can decline at that point with no cost.
Do I pay online when I submit a request?
No. Submitting the form is a request for currency, not an online payment. No card details are asked for, and payment is arranged only after you have agreed the details. The FAQs cover payment and fulfilment in more detail.
